My complaint:

GreenDot cards are not secure and they’ve allowed someone to steal $1,152 off my card TWICE. Their inability to protect its customers has cost me monetary damages, of which I’m seeking via Small Claims court.

Suggested solution:

I want my funds returned, I want compensation for the events I had to cancel, monies I had to borrow and lost timeinconvenience.
