My complaint:

Green dot did not notify me that my account would be closed due to the fact that I haven’t used it I feel they could have told me about this issue for I could have been prepared thats very unprofessional I have dealt with plenty prepaid accounts and that never happen I will no longer spend another penny with green dot.
