Green Dot Bank complaint: Need to register a second card

My complaint:

I bought 2 green dot cards. How do I register the second one to the account I created for the first one? This is the most convoluted, least efficient bank I have ever dealt with!

Suggested solution:

I would like to speak to a human being, since there is NO search option on the green dot website and NO information about how to add the additional card. I need to add it so I can pay my bills. You charge me to USE MY OWN MONEY, and yet there is no way for me to access the card I just purchased! I purchased both cards the same time
