My complaint:
been due a refund that posted on 7292020 for $993.85…Green Dot refuses to look it up bu the trace number or ein; and then says they can’t find it or its not showing up…they hang up when you ask to speak to a supervisor…Im so frustrated…i feel robbed…
Suggested solution:
by just returning my money...they don't even do the 24hr call back from a supervisor....thats just to.ger you off the phone...
