My complaint:
Bought a green dot card to purchase trampoline for my son and all the kids that hang out here all the time. My purchase was cancelled due to out of stock. It has been over a week now since my order was cancelled and in talking to Walmart, they have been friendly and honest, but talking with green dot has been a nightmare. They have repeatedly lied to me, from customer service, to their manager, to the managers manager, and then told I can go no higher without a request for a call back. I haven’t gotten one. When you question their lies saying a minute ago you told me this, but now you are saying this…..weather it is an employee or manager, I get hung up on. Where is my kids trampoline money? They may have a lot of money in their bank account, but this mom worked hard to get that money, and can’t just crap that money out again.
Suggested solution:
Return my money fast without it being weeks, and don't lie about it.
