My complaint:
i had an unauthorized transaction on my card and i called green-dot to dispute the transaction and they canceled my card which i did not authorize them to do. also they refunded the money to my account however because the card was canceled without my authorization i know can not use my card. i have called the customer service number numerous times and they were no help all i want to do is to be able to use my card however every agent i have spoken to was no help. i have been a loyal customer for some time and i have disputed other transactions on other cards and never canceled my card so i need to file this complaint because this makes no sense that i am not able to use my card.
