My complaint:

Says I requested a new card. All I wanted to know was why I didn’t recieve my personal card like they said I would. Now I got my check on the account and they said I gotta wait until the 21st cause I should recieve it by than.

They should just let me get my money to a different bank account and cancel my account cause irs notjing but problems with this company
