My complaint:
My account was hacked into via Amazon. Somehow they got my card info and used my info identity to make transactions. Amazon caught this and brought it to my attention. So, I call greendot to close my account and file my claim… They end up getting back with me a couple of hours later and tell me that everything in my transactions was normal. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve used these greendot cards for years now and this is the FIRST time I’ve ever filed any kind of dispute. I do not think I am being taken seriously. My account was overdrawn hundreds of dollars. I have several screenshots of proof
Suggested solution:
I just want hard earned money back, and to no longer work with greendot.
