My complaint:

I am 100% disabled I got my first prepaid card on Nov.4th on the same day was going to register it and then I seen you had to put your ss well NO thats the definition of identity theft, I’ve been calling Visa and greendot for 27 days they told me I’d get a refund in 8 to 10 days it even says it on your packaging false advertising well in 3 days it will be a month and I didn’t have food on Thanksgiving because of you then they say send this I did18 times .I have already called the NC Consumer protection agency and I’m currently filing one against you your phones your theft how you left me without food because you are liars and thieves and I’m calling the police to its been a month HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN TALK ENGLISH AND THAT ARENT YOUNG CHEAP HELP PEOPLE THAT ARE INTELLIGENT ENOUGH TO DO THEIR JOB!!!!!!!
