My complaint:
This guy scammed my bank account and has access to my money as well as my social security number and tax information. I didn’t receive my $600 stimulus payment due to this guy hacking my bank and stealing it. So is there anyway else you can send me my stimulus plz. I also attached a screenshot where I can’t access my account because he changed my email and phone number.
Suggested solution:
Canceling my whole entire GreenDot account completely where I have a new account number an new routing number and deal with the guy who acting like GreenDot scamming ppl and most and for all I would like y'all to refund me my $600 back because I temped to call y'all numerous times and explained to y'all wat was happening with my account and wat I wanted y'all to do and y'all completely ignore that situation and say if yu can provide yur information for a security check then im sorry we can't assist yu well first and foremost how can I provide y'all with it when the scammer scammed me and changed my phone number my email address my address everything on file.
