My complaint:
My name is stephanie williams I hack my identity stolen and my green dot and some of my other account stole from me . I have this green dot account and chimes bank stolen from me. On green dot my email and password and phone number was all changed . So I really don’t know what’s going on my account. It’s been a year since I been in it. I did have money on my cards . I have managed to change the password yesterday. But the email and phone it’s not letting me. Please help me get my account back so I can finally use it . Thank you
