My complaint:
I tried to transfer 1300.00 to an external bank (USAA) FROM GREENDOT. It appears that the money was removed from my account but it was not recieved. I did send a dispute was denied. I check the external bank account and they informed me that the money was not deposited. And was told that I have to file a dispute with Greendot. I did. But they have declined refunding my money.
Suggested solution:
They should refund me my 1300. Immediately.
