My complaint:
My account was hacked on September 13 while I was on the phone with them telling them my account was being hacked. I have submitted all the paperwork several times had the case opened and re-opened several times. Because they keep closing it saying they’re not getting the proper paperwork. Upon finally giving them everything now they’re telling me I have to contact the company that deposited the money in my account and have them request a refund
