My complaint:

I would like to make a complaint on the woman I was speaking to on the recorded line.. I asked the agent numerous of times to speak to someone that speaks English on the phone due to the fact Sharlene wasn’t giving the right information. Instead of putting someone else on the phone the agent left me on the phone over 30 mins.. At times while I was holding you could hear that someone picked up and I was would get put on hold again and out of no where she started just hanging up.. My name is Margo Redd I called all day on Dec 9,2021 and all she did was hang up. Today I spoke to a different guy and one of the things that’s sticking out is he mentioned that one of the reasons my card got blocked was because my account is fully set up, and what I’m trying to figure out is Fuckin Greendot never sent me my fucking original card.. now I have a problem with that because once again I called about my card that I haven’t received.. I bought my card from Walgreens and set it up but Company never sent my card and U guys want to block my card for U and Ur staffs fuck ups that’s not right at all..
I Want A Fuckin Apology from U and UR staff since this was Ur fuck up Not mines
When I activated my card I did all the steps I was supposed to do that’s why I was allowed to make my car payments with this Fuckin card now since your Fuckin employees didn’t send me a original card with my FUCKIN name on it U block my Fuckin card you guys got some Fuckin nerve
This is Ur Staffs fuck up not mines

Suggested solution:

Ask your staff why my card with my name on it never came,
You should maybe explain to your employees that don’t speak full English when they are asked for someone that speaks English, it’s your employees job to allow someone with to speak.. They shouldn’t get mad because a person wants to speak to someone that speaks English.. Ur employee shouldn’t hang up the phone or continue to talk when your asking to speak to someone in English
