My complaint:
1200 was stilen from me. Idenrity theft , GREEN dot gave somebody i didnt give permission to , And sent my money to a phone number that wasnt mine. . But i knew the persons voice. i filed a dispute, a police report , . And green dot sent me a letter stating they couldnt grant my claim because i filed a dispute somewhere else . Which im not sure where . This is the first time that this happens
to me
