Complaint: Dispute charge, money still not in my account.

My complaint:

I called Greendot support for a dispute charge for $19 I spoke to numerous representatives about this incident even some put in a supervisor call back the Supervisors never called me after waiting two days for a call back that still to this day never happen. I called again one of the representatives gave me a date for June 23,2020 that my funds for $19 was gonna be put back onto my account, June 23 comes and no money is still not in my account after the representatives said it was gonna be refunded back into my account. Than I just got fed up and called for a supervisor and the supervisor informed me my dispute was never put in by the representatives who I spoke too after I had already waited almost two weeks for my money, so the supervisor puts my dispute in and I still have not received my money back after waiting for three weeks straight if fighting to get my money back, this is ridiculous as a customer who also does direct deposit with you guys I don’t trust you guys with my money cause I literally have to fight with your representatives to get my money back and I never had to deal with this from other banks anytime I was overcharged or money was taken out my account by accident I get my money back with no problems at all, if I never said anything you guys would of took that $19 and not say anything. I’m leaving this company cause I should not have to deal with this as a customer I will take my business somewhere else that I trust with my money not a company who gonna steal and make up lies and not give me answers when I ask questions. I spoke with a representative name Jennifer on this past Monday June 29,2020 who said I would receive My money back in my account by Tuesday June 30,2020, still didn’t see the money and I even gave you guys an extra day to see if the money was gonna be in my account and still not there. I’m very upset and I will
No longer recommend anyone to Greendot cause I don’t want anyone else dealing with the same problems I’m dealing with when it comes to our money.
