My complaint:

I bought the moneypak, $5.95 then loaded $20 on, AFTER checking the website to see if my card was eligible but after trying 4 times it still says transfer incomplete.

Suggested solution:

I would like my $20 the $5.95 refunded, as I took precautions before hand to assure this wouldn't happen and their process of checking eligible cards is inefficient.
