My complaint:

I tried to login so that I can transfer funds over to my new account with u all in I can’t and no one will connect me to a rep to help resolve this issue

Suggested solution:

By transfer if my funds over to my new account so I can access my money during this tragic time

Got my stimulus from the IRS sent to green dot two days ago and they haven’t posted it yet I guess no groceries for my family and the site and app isn’t working
