My complaint:

My unemployment check was deposited into my Green Dot Bank card yesterday according to Kentucky Unemployment Benefits website I am unable to even access the card portal because it says my password is invorrect. I cannot reach customer service. I cannot change my deposit information with my states unemployment website and now I may lose $400.00. !!!!!!! I have used this card for months and never had a problem. I need my money.

Suggested solution:

Send me an email and provide access to my money and my card app.
