My complaint:
my account got hacked, tried closing it previously to it being hacked, they told me it was locked and no money is able to go in it. They lied and my school refund got credited to my green dot and now i lost that money. I want it back.
Suggested solution:
give me back my 467 dollars and deposit in my other account
I wish you luck for the same thing has happened to me, I have been fighting with them to get my income tax back someone took since February they closed my account and refunded my money but put it on the card where the account was hacked now they refuse to put it on my other card, and I still have not received my money
