My complaint:

I reported March 3rd 4th and 5th that my phone my purse and my card were stolen I no longer have access to my online account they proceeded to lie and tell me that they could not change my email when in fact a supervisor could on March 13th $2,000 was taken from my account it has been almost a month in business days and I haven’t heard nothing I sit on I just sat on hold for 2 hours and got nobody I’ve been trying to shut my account down completely yes there’s a block on it but I want to shut down I don’t want the fucking dumb thing is stupid they refused to shut my account down because I don’t have ID well I’m a victim of identity theft sorry I don’t have that and I can’t get the Butte to my appointment to get my ID until April 20th so you’re telling me that I have to wait for my money every single time I called are they repeat themselves or they don’t listen I was last at when I ask for somebody above a supervisor come to find out the person that stole my identity and everything from me with my cousin and I have the proof I just want a supervisor changed my email I was able to get into my account
