My complaint:
been trying to get my lost card been told it has been ordered 3 diffrent times over a month. been hung up on 12 times . when they dont wanna deal with you they just hang up on you. this card has my stimulus on it my power is off right now because of this . this company is awful
Suggested solution:
give me a new card or the money off my account and pay for what they caused . my power getting cut off.
