My complaint:
Bought a refurbished all-in-one computer from Grays. Good specs, good looking computer… Except that the USB ports do not work. Which means that I can’t use the wireless keyboard and mouse that they supplied (because you can’t plug in the wireless receiver for them). And which means that I can’t plug in a wired keyboard and mouse (because the USB ports don’t work). This effectively renders the computer useless. How can you use a computer without a keyboard and mouse ??
Suggested solution:
At a minimum, they should offer to fix the computer. If not, then they should refund me my money.
