My complaint:
I purchased a car with an auction with Grays online. The car has a Statutory warranty with it.
The day I picked the car up, I drove it 100kms and loss power and the engine light appeared. I got the car transported to the mechanic which ended up being referred to a transmission specialists. Diagnostic at the transmission specialist was; the car needed a repair or new transmission, quoted $6-9500.
Since the car has a statutory warranty, transmission is covered within the warranty. I contacted grays online straight away: I still have not received an answer in writing if they will repair the car which was quoted or refund the car. I have been speaking to someone every other day since the initial complaint day 31322
Suggested solution:
I would like an answer in writing, if they will repair the car at the quoted costs or refund the car.
