Gousto complaint: You cancelled my account

My complaint:

Tried to order 2nd box as the 1st was excellent thanks but Gousto had suspended my account saying I hadn’t paid so spoke to Tina on the chat she told me it’s there fault as they hadn’t allocated the payment to my account? So I had to cancel my account set up a new one email customer services and my discount of 30% would be put on, this I did but nothing your end. So I emailed again letting you know your customer care was is pants and my account was cancelled! Shambles I’m letting anyone know this is what happens when you order Gousto open my account so I can PAY AND ORDER meals, isn’t that the point?

I’m letting anyone know this is how your treated through no fault of your own when you use Gousto shambles I use your service think it’s great try to order and pay for another and you cancel my account as you didn’t allocate my payment made on Thursday 20th January 3022 to my account
