My complaint:
My bank has advised that Gousto has charged me £37.98 on Saturday 18 Jan for a Food Box which I haven’t chosen or ordered. I put Gousto on Pause in December while evaluated the service. I do NOT want this delivery : I am away on holiday and unable to store the contents. If this is how Gousto operates , I shall have to cease dealing with you. I am an 82 year old Pensioner.

By cancelling the Direct Debit on my account and (if possible) , stop the unwanted Food Box from being shipped.
