My complaint:

In December I subscribed to go pro and placed an order. My order was not accepted so I contacted go pro to find out why. My 3 calls and requests for info went unanswered. I complained and someone phoned me on 4 Jan. I explained what had happened and asked for a refund of the unnecessary subscription which I no longer needed as I had not been able to place an order. Go pro said they would refund the subscription amount but I am still waiting. I have tried to contact go pro but as usual no one calls me back.i have lost all confidence in the company and just want my money back. Complaint filed on complaint.biz.

Suggested solution:

Just process the promised refund.
