My complaint:
I had purchased a GoPro Hero 8 black on 2021, I had hardly recorded 5-6 hours of video on that. Recently the GoPro switched off while recording a video and show distorted images when switched ON. I took it to a service centre and they charged me 1500 upfront for servicing the GoPro and told me that they will inform me if any other complaints were there. Few days back they called and informed that the board needs to be replaced and it costs nearly Rs 14000/- I bought it for Rs 32000/- and after buying for such a huge price I am forced to spend nearly half the price of the product to maintain the product.
Suggested solution:
Need replacement of my board and fix the issues at free of cost
