My complaint:
I went into the store to see if I could do a return I had the receipt the lady was very rude talk to me very stupid in front of a lot of people acted up and then not want to give me the manager and then did not want to help me at all saying read the sign who do this and that I had the receipt the shoes that I had bought the whole bottom sole came off never either wore them out the house I was just trying to exchange them for something else for once they actually weren’t falling apart I guess they look brand new they were just falling apart I guess they were cheap I wasn’t I didn’t know that when I had bought them the lady gave me a very hard time and made me look like an idiot or feel like an idiot in front of everybody and did not want to help me at all I really want her partner she shouldn’t be doing stuff like that she was a big girl with the red hair running in the front Carlos store in San Jose California
Suggested solution:
I'll let her know that that's not the way you treat customers unless you want to get like checked and lead into a whole another issue save all the drama
