My complaint:
I’m emailing a complaint against Waterloo Rd goodwill not only was my bookbag stolen cause I was made to leave it up front a few months back which they said they never found out who it was anndo to the fact that it was at goodwill request that it be left goodwill is responsible for the lose of my property which leads me to my next complaint IV been told that I’m no longer allowed to shop there cause I’m on video a week prior stealing now not only are these alligatons false how is it that I’m on camera stealing but no video of my book at being stolen an there’s been 3 times IV still entered the store an asked to see the video at which point she said we only show the videos to the cops an I replied well call them then cause I know there’s no video I. Had an issue with a certain employee who IV shared words with she’s accused my on multiple occasions of something which were also false even to the point where she accused me of taking stuff from retail an taking it to the bin side an was peeking around the corner to see if I got in trouble only issue was the items that she seen me with were in a cart parked up by the check out on retail side she told me that the clothes I tried on I needed to bring them back up cause there now counting there tshirts I tried on a pair of shoes on my way out she told me I needed to go get them an bring them up to the register she’s accused me of switching tags now I spent akirta money there an more almost a year I was there almost everyday I even became friends with some of the employees now they don’t speak to me cause of this issue IV thought pretty hard about this IV also spoke to an attorney an not only is this definition of character IV been humiliated embarrassed slandered an my property stolen from your store now Iwe can either settle bthis a very easy way or I go down to the court house turn in my paperwork an file my lawsuit an I blast this all over social media an let the community know what kind of business goodwill is running so I know what it feels like to have shit like this done to u in front of 50 people being escorted out 3 times now for shit that there’s no proof of this is unexceptable an I’m
Suggested solution:
I want reimbursed for my items stolen anni want something for my humiliation not once not twice but 3 times the definition of my character do u know how humiliating that is to tell someone they have to leave cause they say they have u on camera a week prior stealing u mean to tell me u couldn't find the person who stole my bookbag when there's a camera that points directly at the spot it was taken from an I'm supposed to believe that they went threw days of video from a week earlier an found me stealing I call bullshit I know I'm not on camera an I want an apology from every one of those employees so payment for my personal property stolen my humiliation an an apology then I'll be satisfied
