My complaint:
I used to shop at the local Goodwill weekly. Spending an average of $30/$50. But once they put in that horrid stink-spray on the posts, it was impossible to stay in the store more than 10 minutes. My eyes watered and my nose burned for hours. My husband refused to go in after trying twice. I have talked to others who also stopped going there. My daughter said she was looking at clothes one day and suddenly got sprayed from above!
Too bad, it used to be a fun day trip.
Suggested solution:
Stop spraying the suffocating scent. It's not doing any good at all. If something comes in reeking of smoke throw it out. Don't make the whole place stink like a cheap gas station bathroom.
