My complaint:
The store manager I heard them call her Linda is very rude to her workers. I was in the store and witnessed how she disrespected a young lady who might identify as a young man by telling her if she wanted to dress and look like one she needed to work like one. I heard her steady pick with that one worker while I was there and it made me very uncomfortable to be in the store nobody should have to be talked to or have funny says pointed toward them because of how they dress or identify. She was also rude when someone was going to check me out she ran up there and told them no she will check me out and the entire time I was there she never asked did I need assistance or anything she just walked outside with a man over all it was uncomfortable and as the manager seeing how I asked for one she is not what I would recommend
Suggested solution:
Start by taking the complaint serious because the problem is complaints are made an nothing is done work on friendly behavior and how she talks to the workers infront of customers
