My complaint:
sad excuse for an employee tried to charge by weight for a crt, and they usually sell televisions by normal price, but it was too much by weight and it woulve costed me a fortune, so i took my stuff and left it, as i left i said hes the reason it will end up in a landfill. then he says erm achually, it gets recycled it most certanly will not be recycled… pathetic human garbage, purchased many crts there before, this is the last time i will be going to any goodwill locations, considering they are hiring such bums.
Suggested solution:
get better employees who actually know the policy on crts instead of telling them to weigh everything they see, im sure so many beautiful crts have been trashed by these corperations, they WILL end up in a landfill. even if you THINK its gonna be recycled.
