My complaint:
I made an online order to a local restaurant. When I got to the store, the doors were locked even though it was business hours. I called and asked how I was supposed to pick up my order. She told me they were out of catfish and the order hadn’t been made yet. I told her I would like to cancel the order. She said she couldn’t issue a refund because the order was made online, that I would need to call corporate. Here we are 3 days later and no one has returned my calls or emails and the voicemail box is full.
