My complaint:
I bought Goldi chicken in the pre packed packs, yesterday at Shoprite Eldorado Park. When I opened the chicken to cook it I realized that the chicken was blue and tear the packed open the smell that came out of there was unbearable and it was very slymi. I took it back to the shop where I bought and got the manager that appeared not interested and very unhelpful he told me he started his shift at 11h00 and I took the chicken back around 18h00 he showed no interest and just called the supervisor to refund my money. No apology no nothing from him. He just told me they will look into it. So that is the treatment I got from a community shop that is selling rotten food to the community and still have stinking attitudes as if you were wrong. So what does that tell me that they not doing their jobs at Shoprite and it doesn’t even look like the fridge temperature is correct. I’m still taking it further from here
