GoBank complaint: Will not unlock my account

My complaint:

I had my text money deposited there the same day they locked my account and will not except all 7 times I sent the documents in. It’s been 4 weeks and will not unlock my account

Suggested solution:

Unlock my account I sent ID in 7 time but kee say they can't see it but others say they can. Clearly.
