My complaint:
I put my stimulus check in the in the bank and I waited a couple days to use it I only used it twice to pay some bills and go to Taco Bell when I went to look on there again all my money was gone someone has stolen my information from my card and used it in California to buy furniture at a furniture store I never heard of because I live in Minnesota then it was used in California again at Kohl’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods I never go to those stores no one ever sends me proof of these purchases or what was purchased I need my money to pay my bills I live on disability and this is very unfair to me to wait this long I can’t pay my gas bill they’re going to turn off my heat and I don’t know how I’m supposed to boil water or anything for cooking I want my money back now I’ve been waiting since July of last year I have filed five complaints and no satisfaction from your people your company is in California how do I know that somebody in your company did not take my card information and use it to buy stuff themselves I did not buy anything I didn’t buy any furniture I didn’t buy anything I want receipts to show me the purchase that were made and the signature becauseBecause you don’t even know my signature I want my money back I’ve been waiting a long time and all I ever get from you is a run around no explanations

I want my money back that’s how it can result be resolved I want $1200
