GoBank complaint: Very Unprofessional Staff, Useless Assistance

My complaint:

This was a complete waste of time and effort. It is now 6pm EST. Since 2pm I have been on the side of the road because GoBank’s customer service has been horrible. No rep has the ability to resolve the issue that I had. I was put on hold or had an initiated transfer and the rep never came back to the phone. I have screenshots and times Stamps. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any bank honestly. People do not listen to my needs, overtalk me, then simply hang up when I am frustrated with THEIR lack of understanding and professionalism. Furthermore, a dispute was filed on my card when I asked multiple times for the rep to wait because my card would be cut off. Now I cannot access my funds because again GoBank does not listen. This is shameful and I will never do business with them again

Suggested solution:

Unblock my card. If the rep would have simply listened to my request instead of doing what they wanted to this issue would’ve been fixed.

GoBank does not call back when THEY put people on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnect the call.

Very unprofessional and sad how bad this bank’s service is.
