GoBank complaint: Pending charges

My complaint:

They have the worst security system.
They have allowed businesses to take money from my account, while keeping the charges in pending.
And i have to wait anywhere from 30 to 60 days to start to see my funds trickle back into my account. (This is there security)
I am not a wealthy person, so it stops my life for a while because of the 1 to 3k of funds magically gone and my account is stuck in the negatives.

Suggested solution:

Have a team or at least a single person that can make sure your pending charges are unpended by the time they allow the same company to withdraw from your account.
While u wait for months.

Stop only relying on the automated system.
Less then 1 star i wish i could give negatives
