My complaint:

On June 16 I received my payment from work I had a very an amount of 5959 vault saved. My payment from work was $1018. I called the customer service agent they said that they were returned my money that it was a glitch within the computer system and that they were working on it and I should be receiving my money by the next following business day. At the next following business day I noticed that there was no money into my account and I kept calling I kept getting an Indian speaking representative stating that they were working on the situation and that they would put my money back into the account was the problem was solved with within the computer system. For a period of a week and a half or so I kept calling talking to different customer service agents which always sounded the same just change their names and they said that give them two business days in order to fix the issue by this time it would’ve been this Wednesday. I received a message stating that the problem was fixed so when I went to go check my account the account balance was still the same when I called the company they had said that I had $1000 less in my vault account then why originally had and they fabricated the paperwork to fit their needs. I’ve had several complaints end of the ending result was that they stalled $1018 out of my account..

Suggested solution:

I’ve had several complaints end of the ending result was that they stalled $1018 out of my account..I just want for them to return my money but that seems clearly impossible with this Go Bank online app.
