My complaint:
I went to log into my greendot account and it said it was closed and I don’t know why. And I would also like to file a complaint against Gobank to. I have transferred some money from my now closed account from walmart and after I transferred the money from my walmart account to my Gobank account they closed my account and now gobank won’t send me a check for the Balance in my gobank account and I’m the one who sent the money to my gobank account. I need my money to pay bills.
Suggested solution:
SEND ME A CHECK FOR THE BALANCE IN MY GOBANK ACCOUNT TO MY HOME ADDRESS THATS THE ONLY OPTION. I SENT THE MONEY SO I SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE A CHECK MAILED TO ME FOR MY MINEY IN THE GIBANK ACCOUNT.
