My complaint:
Hello, I went to alocal retail store I add my cash funds to my Go2Bank Banking/ Debit card, I made a online purchase and the payment declined, I called the customer retailer where i made the purchase said they did know because i had enough cash funds to make the purchase.Next i called customer service at go2bank they told me to reset my pin which i did , and still payment declined, So i callled Go2bank customer again the representive told me go back to the atm and withdraw cash off my stil nothin cash didnt withdraw off my temporary i reset my 12 times no money, go2bank reprensentive i spoke on the phone told me to wait til my personalize card with my name come , and said i should be ok but if i have any more problems to call them, THE PERSONALIZE DEBIT CARD TOOK 5WEEKS TO ARRRIVE IN THE MAIL
