My complaint:
I received my tax refund on 7/19/2023 in my GO2bank account and my account was lock instantly for no reason. I called customer service and was told to send picture of ID front and back and that my account would be unlock in 2 business days. 2 business days was on the 7/21 and I called them again and now they keep saying send documents again they not clear or the address doesn’t match ( which is a lie) and it’s just different story every time I call.
I just want my money.
