GO2bank complaint: This bank refuses to give me my tax refund that was direct deposited

My complaint:

My tax refund was directly deposited into my checking account, it was a large amount so the fraud department asked me to send a copy of my drivers license which is the same identification used to open this account. Currently my payroll and other bills are paid out this account. So because of my refund amount this bank blocked my account and returned all my auto pays which is inconvenient to me. Usually any bank will place holds just to make sure the item doesn’t chargeback but this bank won’t give me my money and contacted the IRS as if my refund don’t belong to me and I already went thru the verification process with the IRS before the refund was even submitted for payment. I’m in the process of moving and have lost everything because I don’t have access to funds that belong to me this has to be illegal in some way. When I call this bank they are rude and won’t tell me anything as if I’m not who I say I am their should be better Authentication methods for this bank. Since this issue I’ve been reading reviews and apparently they do this to people who receive large deposits and it’s no resolution when situations happen like this . There is no corporate office or anyone to talk to.

Suggested solution:

I feel like if they don’t wanna give me my funds close my account and mail me the remaining funds in my account not send back money that belongs to me. My tax refund I’m sure has my correct ssn, address and name.
