My complaint:
I saw a ad from go2bank promoting a 750 sign up bonus after I completed the sign up process I received no notification on a process too receive any funds, I then proceeded to chat with a agent that was nonchalant about what had occured and proceeded to tell me there is no such promotion going on I took a screenshot of the ad because if their arent any such promotions then their shouldn’t be any ads advertising it, this is false advertisment and not too mention this poor conduct of a organization to advertise a bonus they can’t fund it’s a cheap amateur gimmick to get more accounts opened in my opinion
Suggested solution:
Fund the advertisement that intrigued me too open a account with the company. I don't wanna make a big deal about it, it's just not legally right for y'all too misconceive people into opening account with the company.
