My complaint:
As with many others this organization is crooked. They lock your account and steal your money. I have filed complaints with the FDIC and Federal Reserve and have spent countless hours on the phone with this company. All I get is the runaround, no reason for locking my account other than suspicious activity?!?! OK, so report me to authorities, or close my account and send the balance of my accounts to the address on file? Nope, nada, nothing. Effectively stole my money. Was only $700 but that’s A LOT for me. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against this crap bank.
Suggested solution:
Close my account and send my balance to the address on file. Simple? Reasonable?
