My complaint:
31 charges of 49.99 and 99.99 totally emptied my account and i cant get into my online account due to a misspelling of the email address and they do not seem to be able to reset my online account so i can enter a new email username. they have now told me that i have to wait 120 days for resolution. 2400$ was emptied by one name and go2bank didnt catch this very out of the ordinary anomaly and stop the account until it was already emptied.
Suggested solution:
help me access my account i cannot use recovery email any longer so i need to have it reset so i can make a new one
