My complaint:
I had forgotten my password to my account so i can access my overdraft and activate my debit card. it wont let me in they keep saying that they send me the link but on my end it doesnt show the link. they told me to close my account and re do it and i cant there is something really really wrong here
Suggested solution:
by helping my get into accessing my overdraft and activation my card. not to mention reset my password by offering a way to give them a new email adrress over the phone
