My complaint:
I was having my tax refund put on a go-to bank card I forgot my email address so they could not help me at all so I was having my money put from the card into a check that never came two months later still have not received it
Suggested solution:
They should be able to take my money because they were aware of my balance and everything and load it onto a different card or mail me a check that actually is going to arrive to me
