My complaint:

They locked my account and will not let me access my funds and it started when I tried to make claim bout $800 i tired to withdrawal from atm but never was received and I tried close my account they literally had me submitted my id front and back 3 times and told me they never received even after I talk to the supervisor

Suggested solution:

Unlock my account so I have access to my funds and send my $800 back that was never withdrawaled
